We’ve taken this concept further by offering customized discounted safari packages tailored to your specific travel dates. These packages are subject to availability and market conditions. Please note that all special offer safaris come with a time limit, meaning they must be booked within a specific timeframe. Once finalized, we publish the agreed package on our website and market it in collaboration with our suppliers. This approach allows our guests to enjoy cost-saving opportunities while exploring Tanzania.

Can Others Join Discounted Safari Packages?

While our discounted safari packages are typically designed for private safaris, we do allow others to join if needed. This can help reduce costs by sharing expenses. If it’s essential to find additional participants for a special offer safari, we’ll facilitate that process. Our safari vehicles accommodate up to six people, but we prioritize ensuring each guest has a window seat for optimal viewing. Departures are guaranteed with a minimum of four participants sharing the overall cost. To encourage group travel, we sometimes offer further discounts.

Alternatively, you can form your own group—whether with family, friends, or colleagues—and receive a customized discounted price based on the number of travelers.

We regularly publish discounted safari packages on our website. To stay updated, you can subscribe to our newsletter or contact us directly. Once you see an offer that interests you, reach out to secure your spot.

To confirm your booking, we require a 10% deposit. If, for any reason, we cannot arrange the special offer safari, we will refund your deposit in full. However, if you cancel the booking, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Absolutely! During our initial discussions, we’ll provide two options:

A discounted tour package with fixed dates.
A quote for a private safari that can be booked for any time of the year.

You can also customize your safari to suit your preferences. For instance, if you like the itinerary but prefer different accommodations, we’ll provide prices for both options. A private safari offers the flexibility to travel with your chosen companions—be it your partner, family, or friends—at any time that suits you.

Prices for discounted safari packages range from $280 per person per day for camping safaris to $330 per person per day for lodge safaris. Prices may decrease during low seasons, promotional periods, or when discounted lodges are available. Accommodation choices also influence the price, with lodges, hotels, and tented camps generally costing more than camping.

What Do “Special Offer Safaris” Include?

Special offers may include discounted hotel rates, reduced attraction entry fees, or extended stays for less cost (e.g., pay for 4 nights, stay for 7). Other examples include upgraded accommodations (such as sea-view rooms at garden-view prices), introductory rates for new hotels or attractions, and seasonal discounts.
